A College Education

It's a classic way of thinking, that college boys will eat everything and anything you give them. Which is true - but what about girls? In a semester and a half I have found that college girls will eat just as much as the guys. Because when you're in college - everyone's poor and no one has enough food and you never know when you'll get more - so stock up now! It's not a 'guy thing' or a 'girl thing' - it's a 'college thing' :)

Things I've learned at college:
1. Grocery shopping is fun
2. Homemade food is THE best stuff ever....ever ever ever ever ever....
3. "Laundry Day" is bonding time
4. Make friends quick cuz you've only got 13 weeks with them
5. Why eat when you can sleep and save money?
6. Don't even try not to like anyone - it's impossible
7. Facebook is a beautiful thing :)
8. Find your comfort food before you get to college - you'll need it!
9. When registering, keep in mind you're not going to want to get out of bed - at all...
10. Have fun! You hate it and love it - but either way live every day like you're going home tomorrow. Because before you know it - you will be.

You really learn who you are at college - you don't have mom and dad telling you what to do and when to do it and whom to do it with - so you've got to decide for yourself. And what's funny is all those rules you hated (curfew/charts/hw/eating healthy/studying) you end up putting on yourself - because that's what keeps you happy ;)
